Delivery & Returns:

Delivery: 

Shipments are processed during business hours, excluding Swedish public holidays. If your order is placed before 12:00 PM GMT+1, it will typically be shipped on the same day. A shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has left the Hats On warehouse, making it easy to track your package. Hats On is not responsible for delayed orders, provided that the order has been shipped within the specified time frame. Hats On does not provide coverage or accept responsibility for damages incurred during shipping.

Domestic shipping within Sweden is handled by Postnord and is charged at 39 kr. Your order will be delivered to your house, and you will be notified once it has arrived. If the package can not be recieved it will stay at your local pickup point. The package must be picked up within 14 days. Failure to do so will result in the package being returned to the Hats On warehouse, and you will be charged 119 SEK to cover the cost of shipping and return.

International shipping is handled by Postnord and DHL express. Inside of European Union the standard shipping is 59 SEK, Outside of EU the standard shipping is 89 SEK. If you wish for a faster delivery we use DHL express which is charged at calculated cost in the checkout. 


Returns: 

Hats On accepts returns within 14 days of receiving our product. If you need a different size and/or color, we will exchange the purchased items, subject to stock availability, and we will send the new item to you with shipping charges. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and with all labels and original packaging intact. Once approved, we will refund the order amount deducted by the shipping cost directly to the source of payment within 14 days. Sale items can be exchanged and returned within the same time frame as other products.

We always include a return label which the customer must use to be eligible for free returns. If the customer was to lose or not use the attached return label the customer is self responsible for the shipping costs of return.
